A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site.
Every time you visit our websites, you will be prompted to accept or refuse cookies. The purpose is to enable the site to remember your preferences (such as user name, language, etc.) for a certain period of time. That way, you don't have to re-enter them when browsing around the site during the same visit.
Cookies can also be used to establish anonymised statistics about the browsing experience on our sites.
Currently, there are four types of cookies that may be generated as you browse our site: Strictly Necessary, Statistics, Preference and Marketing cookies.
These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Cookies that allow web shops to hold your items in your cart while you are shopping online are an example of strictly necessary cookies. These cookies will generally be first-party session cookies. While it is not required to obtain consent for these cookies, what they do and why they are necessary are explained in the table below.
You can use your browser settings to control whether or not we set session cookies. More information on your browser settings is provided at the bottom of this page.
Please be aware that these cookies are critical to the efficient working of the site. If you choose to disable these cookies from this site, the functionality of the site may be greatly reduced.
Also known as "performance cookies," these cookies collect information about how you use a website, like which pages you visited and which links you clicked on. None of this information can be used to identify you. It is all aggregated and, therefore, anonymized. Their sole purpose is to improve website functions. This includes cookies from third-party analytics services as long as the cookies are for the exclusive use of the owner of the website visited.
Statistical information is used in reports and to improve our site. For example, we have used analytics data to add, remove or change features of the site based on how popular they are with users.
We track, for example:
We use cookies from different partners including Google to provide our analytics data. You can read more about how Google Analytics treats your data on their web site. You can also read Google's full privacy policy.
Google provides a tool to opt-out of Google Analytics. This is available for all modern browsers in the form of a browser plugin. Additionally, you can control how cookies are set using your browser settings.
Also known as "functionality cookies," these cookies allow a website to remember choices you have made in the past, like what language you prefer, whether you have accepted our cookie policy, what region you would like weather reports for, or what your user name and password are so you can automatically log in.
The advertisements you see displayed on this, and other, sites are generated by third parties. These services may use their own anonymous cookies to track how many times a particular ad has been displayed to you and may track your visits to other sites where their ads are displayed. Please note that advertisers can only track visits to sites which display their ads or other content. This tracking is anonymous, meaning that they do not identify who is viewing which ads.
Tracking in this manner allows advertisers to show you ads that are more likely to be interesting to you, and also limit the number of times you see the same ad across a wide number of sites. As an example of how advertisers operate, if you recently researched holidays, adverts for holiday operators may subsequently appear on our sites.
We do not have access to, or control over, these third party cookies; nor can we view the data held by these advertisers. Online advertisers provide ways for you to opt-out of your browsing being tracked. More information about the advertisers we use, and how to opt-out, is provided below.
We display clips from Youtube related to our purchase opportunities. You can view Youtubes's privacy policy on their website. This page also allows you to control what cookies YouTube saves on your computer.
We work with Google to optimise how Google ads are displayed. You can discover how Google protects your privacy relating to ads at its privacy policy.

Since launching in 2020, Konvi has set out to democratise access to the world of luxury assets through fractional investment.
Today, we’re proud to have grown to over 70,000 users and facilitated investments in over €5 million worth of luxury assets, from iconic watches and fine wine, to rare fossils and sought-after real estate.
As we’ve grown, one thing remains clear: our investors want more flexibility and liquidity. They want the ability to trade shares and realise gains earlier. We’ve listened, and we’ve been building.
Konvi successfully raised a $1.5 million pre-seed round 2.5 years ago, backed by institutional investors, prominent angel investors, and members of the Konvi community.
We are now raising a $2.5 million seed round to support the development of the Exotic Vaults decentralised exchange (DEX), enhance compliance infrastructure, and onboard liquidity providers.
This round is structured as a Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT)* with the following key terms:
*investment contract that grants investors the right to receive project tokens at a future date, typically upon the launch or Token Generation Event (TGE), in exchange for upfront capital.
**investors will receive their tokens starting after 6 months, with the full allocation distributed gradually over the following 12 months.
You will be investing alongside notable backers, including:
Historically, access to physical real-world assets (RWAs), like art, fossils, etc., and alternative investments has been limited to ultra-high-net-worth individuals due to several key barriers.
First, these investments are expensive, often requiring minimum capital of $100,000 or more. While fractional investment platforms are helping democratise access, they still lack the right tools.
Second, the market is inaccessible, as most deals occur privately, with little transparency around pricing, increasing the risk of fraud.
Finally, physical real-world assets remain highly illiquid, often requiring a holding period of 3 to 10 years, which limits investors’ ability to access capital quickly. While some platforms have introduced peer-to-peer secondary markets, these solutions have largely failed to deliver efficient or reliable liquidity. At Konvi, we have dedicated significant time and resources over the past few years to exploring various approaches to address this challenge, though until now, a viable solution had remained out of reach.
Together, these issues create a fragmented and difficult environment for everyday investors seeking both access and liquidity.
After years of research, testing, and development, we’re excited to reveal our solution: Exotic Vaults.
Exotic Vaults will be a decentralized exchange (DEX) where you can tokenise your physical real-world assets (RWAs) and trade them instantly.
It’s a game-changer for those who want their investments to work harder, sooner.
The Exotic Vaults secondary market introduces a new level of liquidity and transparency for alternative asset investors. Traditionally, investors enter the primary market by allocating capital, after which asset managers select high-potential assets that appreciate over 3–10 years, typically held under secure storage and insurance. These assets are then sold through private networks at peak value.
However, for investors seeking earlier exits and real-time valuation, Exotic Vaults offers a game-changing alternative. Asset managers can now create Vaults, curated collections of similar real-world assets, on the Exotic Vaults platform. Investors then exchange their holdings for vault tokens at market value, unlocking instant liquidity. These tokens can be traded on the platform at current prices, facilitated by liquidity providers.
Meanwhile, asset managers benefit from every transaction, gaining an additional revenue stream. This model not only enhances investor flexibility but also transforms alternative assets into tradeable digital instruments.
Konvi investors now have the opportunity to become part of this venture from day one.
This fundraising round is structured as a SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens), offering early investors the right to receive tokens when they are officially launched. As part of this agreement, investors will benefit from a 20% discount on the public Token Generation Event (TGE) price, securing tokens at a preferential rate ahead of their market release.
You’ll become a member of a DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation), a blockchain-based governance structure that distributes decision-making, management, and ownership among its participants. As part of the DAO behind Exotic Vaults, you will gain governance rights and play an active role in shaping the platform’s future.
This DAO is led by Dracoon Ventures, a Web3 investment and advisory firm already backed by seasoned investors, and we’re inviting you to join them.
Once Exotic Vaults goes live, you’ll not only be able to trade your shares in physical real-world assets (RWAs), but also have the flexibility to trade your stake in Exotic Vaults $XVAULT token itself.
You can invest in Exotic Vaults with a minimum investment of just $1,000 on our partner platform, StationX Network.
Investments start at $1,000 via our trusted partner platform, StationX Network.

This is more than an update. It’s an invitation.
We’re building the future of asset trading, and we want our investors there with us from the start.
Let’s unlock the next frontier of investment together.
Q: I am already an investor in Konvi. How will that investment be impacted?
A: Konvi Holdings, the company you are an investor in, is the holding company of Exotic Vaults. This means that your investment in Konvi Holdings already exposes you to the growth of Exotic Vaults. This new opportunity would allow you to invest directly and exclusively in Exotic Vaults and share in its success.
Q: Can I invest in Exotic Vaults if I haven't yet invested in Konvi or its assets?
A: Yes. This opportunity is open to any memeber of the Konvi Community.
Q: Can I trade my shares in Exotic Vaults publicly even if the DAO decides as a whoe to hold them?
A: No. Once your shares are contributed to the DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation), decisions regarding their sale or retention are made collectively by the DAO’s governance process. This means that individual members cannot unilaterally sell or trade tokens held by the DAO; any such action must be approved by a majority vote of DAO participants in accordance with its governance framework.
Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: The beta version is planned for launch in Q4 2025 and the full launch in Q1 2026
Q: What will happen to Konvi?
A: Konvi will continue to grow, launching high-grade assets for investment. Once purchased, these assets can be traded on the Exchange as its secondary market.
