We use cookies to personalise content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyse our traffic. We also share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site.
Every time you visit our websites, you will be prompted to accept or refuse cookies. The purpose is to enable the site to remember your preferences (such as user name, language, etc.) for a certain period of time. That way, you don't have to re-enter them when browsing around the site during the same visit.
Cookies can also be used to establish anonymised statistics about the browsing experience on our sites.
Currently, there are four types of cookies that may be generated as you browse our site: Strictly Necessary, Statistics, Preference and Marketing cookies.
These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Cookies that allow web shops to hold your items in your cart while you are shopping online are an example of strictly necessary cookies. These cookies will generally be first-party session cookies. While it is not required to obtain consent for these cookies, what they do and why they are necessary are explained in the table below.
You can use your browser settings to control whether or not we set session cookies. More information on your browser settings is provided at the bottom of this page.
Please be aware that these cookies are critical to the efficient working of the site. If you choose to disable these cookies from this site, the functionality of the site may be greatly reduced.
Also known as "performance cookies," these cookies collect information about how you use a website, like which pages you visited and which links you clicked on. None of this information can be used to identify you. It is all aggregated and, therefore, anonymized. Their sole purpose is to improve website functions. This includes cookies from third-party analytics services as long as the cookies are for the exclusive use of the owner of the website visited.
Statistical information is used in reports and to improve our site. For example, we have used analytics data to add, remove or change features of the site based on how popular they are with users.
We track, for example:
We use cookies from different partners including Google to provide our analytics data. You can read more about how Google Analytics treats your data on their web site. You can also read Google's full privacy policy.
Google provides a tool to opt-out of Google Analytics. This is available for all modern browsers in the form of a browser plugin. Additionally, you can control how cookies are set using your browser settings.
Also known as "functionality cookies," these cookies allow a website to remember choices you have made in the past, like what language you prefer, whether you have accepted our cookie policy, what region you would like weather reports for, or what your user name and password are so you can automatically log in.
The advertisements you see displayed on this, and other, sites are generated by third parties. These services may use their own anonymous cookies to track how many times a particular ad has been displayed to you and may track your visits to other sites where their ads are displayed. Please note that advertisers can only track visits to sites which display their ads or other content. This tracking is anonymous, meaning that they do not identify who is viewing which ads.
Tracking in this manner allows advertisers to show you ads that are more likely to be interesting to you, and also limit the number of times you see the same ad across a wide number of sites. As an example of how advertisers operate, if you recently researched holidays, adverts for holiday operators may subsequently appear on our sites.
We do not have access to, or control over, these third party cookies; nor can we view the data held by these advertisers. Online advertisers provide ways for you to opt-out of your browsing being tracked. More information about the advertisers we use, and how to opt-out, is provided below.
We display clips from Youtube related to our purchase opportunities. You can view Youtubes's privacy policy on their website. This page also allows you to control what cookies YouTube saves on your computer.
We work with Google to optimise how Google ads are displayed. You can discover how Google protects your privacy relating to ads at its privacy policy.

At Konvi, we’ve always been about empowering you to co-own exclusive alternative assets – from fine art to luxury watches – with the potential for significant returns. Our partners’ curated assets have historically grown in value by an impressive 8–35% per year (source: konvi.app).
However, we also know that patience isn’t easy. Many of you have told us that waiting 3–5 years (or even longer) for an asset to be sold and to see your profits can feel like a very long time. We heard your feedback loud and clear. Today, we’re thrilled to announce a major evolution of our platform aimed at making your money work for you faster.
Until now, the Konvi model has been straightforward: you invest in a high-potential asset, we hold it for a set appreciation period, then sell it and return the profits to you. This approach can yield great results, but it means you only realise gains at the end of an asset’s term. While our investors will enjoy strong returns upon asset sales, the interim waiting period has been less exciting.
We don’t want you to have to “set it and forget it” for years without seeing any rewards. That’s why we’re pivoting to income-generating assets (also known as yield-generating assets). These are investments that not only appreciate over time but also produce ongoing income during the holding period – think of it like earning dividends or rental payments from your investment. In short, you’ll start getting paid while you hold the asset, not just when we sell it at the end.
Yield-generating assets are essentially investments that pay you regular passive income straight into your Konvi wallet while you hold them, in addition to the eventual profit when the asset is sold. Instead of waiting for a single payout at the end, you’ll start to see money coming into your account much sooner – within just a few months of your investment.
For example, if you co-own a rental property on Konvi, you’ll receive a share of the rental income from tenants on a recurring basis . If you invest in a fine art piece, that artwork could be loaned to a museum or gallery for an exhibition, and you’d earn a portion of the rental or licensing fees it generates. In other words, the assets are working for you twice – providing periodic income and growing in value over time.
This shift to income-generating assets is a game-changer for our community. Here’s why we’re so excited about it (and why you should be too):
What kinds of opportunities can you expect in this new era? We’re glad you asked! Konvi’s upcoming lineup of income-generating investments will span multiple asset classes, such as:
We’re not just talking about this change – we’re implementing it, immediately. Our team has been hard at work lining up the first income-generating asset opportunities, and the launch is just around the corner. In fact, the first of these new offerings will go live on the platform this Friday! We’ll reveal all the details as the launch day approaches (make sure to turn your notifications on!), but trust us, this inaugural opportunity truly captures the spirit of what income-generating investing is all about. Keep an eye on your email and the Konvi app for the big announcement, and be ready to participate early. We expect high demand, and shares in the asset may get snapped up quickly!
We’re also improving transparency and overview of assets you invest in. From this Friday, all new assets launched will have a fixed period of time between when the fundraising finishes and the asset is bought, and you will be informed of that period prior to investing. What does this mean for you in simple terms? Once an asset is fully funded, Konvi has a certain amount of time to finalise the transaction and purchase the given asset, otherwise all investments will be refunded in full. No more uncertainty and long waits after investing in an asset!
Another great step towards improving our transparency is an upcoming timeline feature for each asset, where you will see regular updates regarding your investment directly in your portfolio. From purchase to income payouts and sale of the asset. You’ll have access to all the necessary information regarding the asset’s current status at all times. This feature will launch within the next month.
This shift marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Konvi and for you, our valued investors. By focusing on income-generating assets, we’re doubling down on our mission to help you build wealth in a more rewarding, more engaging way. You trusted us with long-term investments; now we’re thrilled to deliver a solution that provides nearer-term rewards without compromising on the long-term gains. It’s truly investing reimagined – where you don’t just dream about the payoff, you get to experience it step by step along the journey.
We hope you’re as excited as we are for this evolution. Thank you for your continued trust and for the feedback that inspired this change. Stay tuned for Friday’s launch, and as always, happy investing!
