A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site.
Cookies can also be used to establish anonymised statistics about the browsing experience on our sites.
Currently, there are four types of cookies that may be generated as you browse our site: Strictly Necessary, Statistics, Preference and Marketing cookies.
These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Cookies that allow web shops to hold your items in your cart while you are shopping online are an example of strictly necessary cookies. These cookies will generally be first-party session cookies. While it is not required to obtain consent for these cookies, what they do and why they are necessary are explained in the table below.
You can use your browser settings to control whether or not we set session cookies. More information on your browser settings is provided at the bottom of this page.
Please be aware that these cookies are critical to the efficient working of the site. If you choose to disable these cookies from this site, the functionality of the site may be greatly reduced.
Also known as "performance cookies," these cookies collect information about how you use a website, like which pages you visited and which links you clicked on. None of this information can be used to identify you. It is all aggregated and, therefore, anonymized. Their sole purpose is to improve website functions. This includes cookies from third-party analytics services as long as the cookies are for the exclusive use of the owner of the website visited.
Statistical information is used in reports and to improve our site. For example, we have used analytics data to add, remove or change features of the site based on how popular they are with users.
We track, for example:
Google provides a tool to opt-out of Google Analytics. This is available for all modern browsers in the form of a browser plugin. Additionally, you can control how cookies are set using your browser settings.
The advertisements you see displayed on this, and other, sites are generated by third parties. These services may use their own anonymous cookies to track how many times a particular ad has been displayed to you and may track your visits to other sites where their ads are displayed. Please note that advertisers can only track visits to sites which display their ads or other content. This tracking is anonymous, meaning that they do not identify who is viewing which ads.
Tracking in this manner allows advertisers to show you ads that are more likely to be interesting to you, and also limit the number of times you see the same ad across a wide number of sites. As an example of how advertisers operate, if you recently researched holidays, adverts for holiday operators may subsequently appear on our sites.
We do not have access to, or control over, these third party cookies; nor can we view the data held by these advertisers. Online advertisers provide ways for you to opt-out of your browsing being tracked. More information about the advertisers we use, and how to opt-out, is provided below.

Konvis' most recent partner, the Oeno group, is made up of a variety of branches that are specialiazed in different investment domains in the world of bottled wines and spirits.
OenoFuture has built an impressive portfolio of rare and delectable wines through unique and flexible sourcing methods. Through Konvi the investment opportunities provided by Oeno can be specified and wines from regions in France, Italy, Spain, and the Americas can be sourced. What makes our partner special is that the industry experts have achieved an industry-first by forming an Anti-Fraud Unit to authenticate wine and mitigate risk for its investors. This involves a comprehensive process where everything from the glass, corks, and labels will be checked against a database of professional-grade UV lights, electron microscopes, and more.
##Oeno and Space Aged Wine
In November 2019, European startup Space Cargo Unlimited took the innovative step in delivering 12 bottles of Petrus’ 2000 wine to the International Space Station. For 438 days and 19 hours, the bottles of wine traveled more than 300,000,000km at 28,800km/h in ZeroG before returning to Earth in January 2021. *Space Cargo Unlimited’s aim was to discover whether the environment in space would affect the taste of the wine after arriving back on Earth**. “Our space bottles were transported inside specifically designed metal containers by space giant Thales Alenia Space and space research specialists, Nanorack. These containers were sealed before launch, on the ground, under the supervision of highly respected wine “courtier” Erik Samazeuilh and as testified in the document you had access to. The bottles were then inserted in a passive cooling container, transported to space by the Cygnus capsule, and stored in node 2 of the International Space Station, which is the segment with the highest protection.
This is typically the area where astronauts can go in the event of a solar eruption since node 2 is protected explicitly against radiation. As to their safety for consumption, it has never been found that food/beverage transported to Space became improper for consumption. In our particular case, allow me to remind you that the returning space wine was opened and tasted on March 1st by 12 people (including Professor Philippe Darriet, the head of the Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin, respected wine researchers and experts, along with special guests such as Lionel Suchet, the head of the French space agency, CNES and Pierre Hurmic; the Mayor of Bordeaux), all this under the supervision and rigorous protocols established of ISV V (the Institute of Wine and Vine Sciences) in Bordeaux. A summary result of the tasting was made public on March 24th at a press conference held at the Bordeaux city council, with the attendance of the very same 12 people alive and kicking ;) who answered journalist's questions.”
In March 2021, the University of Bordeaux’s wine institute, the ISV V, hosted an event where a select group of tasters was invited to compare the samples of wine that had traveled to space with ones that had remained on Earth. The official report stated that the Tasters found that the space-aged wine seemed more evolved and different in character to the Earth-aged wine.
##How it is Sold: Of the 12 bottles that aged in space, 3 were dedicated to the tasting event. 8 are being monitored and held back for further research. The remaining bottle is offered here for sale to one lucky owner. In addition, the owner will receive an Earth - aged Petrus 2000 so that they may be able to compare the two wines should they wish. Both wines will also come packaged in a trunk exclusively designed by Les Ateliers Victor in Paris; the result of over 900 hours work and boasting a ‘secret vault hidden behind a solar system inspired by Jules Verne’, according to CEO Benoit Miniou. The artwork included on the inside of the trunk is by world renowned graffiti artist, Cyril Kongo. The artist was selected for two main reasons; firstly, he has a long history of collaboration with luxury brands including Hermes and Richard Mille. With his Richard Mille collaboration, watches are selling for $685,000.
